From South Africa to California: This RN is Helping Other Nurses Reclaim Their Power to THRIVE Within the Profession!

  • Summary

  • In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer Thietz, RN, BSN, OCN, MSN, who started her Nursing career in South Africa, then came to California where she gained decades of experience as a Registered Nurse. It wasn't until about 2022 when she realized that she was no longer able to provide the Nursing care that she wanted to, and she became plagued with compassion fatigue and burnout. Today, she is leveraging her Nursing skill, knowledge and passion for helping others and is working on publishing a book that is focused on helping other Nurses reclaim their power to THRIVE within the Nursing Profession - without falling victim to compassion fatigue and burnout - like so many of us do.

Jennifer shares how Nurses really CAN do anything they want within their careers, and there is so much inspiration, wisdom and positive energy in this episode - You don't want to miss it! 🎧
