From his early years living in South London, Duke faced adversity. Leaving home at 16 without a role model, led him to join a street gang; resulting in uncontrollable behaviour, substance abuse, and multiple incarcerations.

After his final prison sentence, Duke was homeless and living in deplorable
conditions. Through determination and commitment, Duke sought help for his addiction and began rehabilitation. This led to him relocating to Hampshire, where he has redefined himself and is actively contributing to his community; the community that gave him a second chance.

As an ambassador for change, Duke's mission is clear. Intending to inspire young people and leaders with his journey from a difficult upbringing marked by domestic violence & trauma, to becoming a prominent motivational speaker. Duke showcases the resilience and transformative power of the human spirit. His impactful work in EDI supporting multiple agencies has earnt him the prestigious Football Blacklist Award.
