This clears it all up!

Beautifully narrated of course, Joanna clears up all the chatter out there. I’ve listen to both books on audible and found them both to be equally engaging and informative.

Very imformative

I listened to this audiobook in one go and was impressed by Dr McMillan's wealth of knowledge on human nutrition, and her ability to provide clear, concise information without tiring you out. Highly recommend .

Great listen

Super informative and nice to listen to (author has a lovely accent). Worth noting the author has paid partnerships with dairy, egg and olive oil industries - but I don’t think that gets in the way.

Another brilliant installment from Dr McMillan

Great little series that has lots of good information about the most frequently followed diets and what they have in common for good health.
Didnt enjoy quite as much as Gutfull, perhaps because I already knew some of this and it is common sense. Just out of curiosity, I would have liked to hear a little more about some of the more absurd diets and whether they have any foundation. Loved the storytelling style and narration.

Informative, clear and engaging

I really enjoyed these clear, BS free and often lighthearted podcasts.

Dr McMillan covers all the currently trendy diets and explains what's good science, what's not good science, and who may or may not benefit from each. She explains quite technical information in a really ...um...digestible way.

I listened to these podcasts on a long car trip, and my SO, who has zero interest in diets or nutrition, also found this series really interesting, just as a casual listen.

Engaging and enlightening

A really interesting and informative approach to explaining a wide range of different dietary options, with a focus on health and sustainability. I ended up binging the whole series in one day as it was so interesting. I really appreciated the open minded and non judgemental approach to different aporoaches. The last chapter on the planetary diet was fantastic.
