•A $10 million dollar plaintiff’s verdict reversed due to a series of improper closing arguments by a trial attorney who was criticized out yet again by the Fourth District Court of Appeal for improper closing arguments in Engle progeny cases;
•The distribution of attorneys’ fees between partners in a contingency case when one partner leaves the Firm, where there is partnership agreement addressing fees ; and
•Whether Proposals for Settlement and other documents served (but not filed) must comply with the electronic service requirements for court-filed documents.
