    •Whether a tortfeasor can claim set-off of a plaintiff’s settlement with an uninsured motorist carrier, with the Second District Court of Appeal certifying a question of great public importance to the Florida Supreme Court;
    •Whether a tortfeasor is entitled to financial discovery of a plaintiff’s attorney’s financial relationship to a retained expert; and
    •Whether a party was entitled to vacate a default judgment.
