Finding the Magic in the Tragic with Georgia Hansen

  • Summary

  • Georgia (aka Georgie) Hansen is an eclectic mix of PR, marketing communications savvy, and soulful intuitive wisdom with a deep understanding of human communication, collaboration, and connection. She is trained as a transformational intuitive guide, and priestess of non-local consciousness, who is trauma informed and embodied. She uses this along with her communications, PR and publishing expertise to look through the cracks and help women connect with their highest self and purpose, especially angel mamas who are seeking to find meaning after loss. Georgie helps them to find the beauty, and wonder in their story, and shines a light on it. She is also an “Angel mama” as she suffered a huge loss. And on this episode, you will hear how that experienced transformed her.

This show is such a beautiful, raw story about Georgia's daughter Amelia who was a stillborn and what happened as a result.

As she says, this isn't the natural order of things, so there was of course shock and tons of feelings to process, but Georgia had "known" Amelia for years before. And upon discovering that her previously perfect pregnancy resulted in her delivering a dead baby, Georgia reported feeling her spirit in the room and then getting a huge message from God that as long as she processed it all, it would be okay.

That meant she dove in, allowed for all the grief, navigated the journey, and today understands that that occurred because her daughter had a legacy to teach and share. So she partnered with another woman who had also lost a baby to create a unique community of support.

Georgia today helps moms who have had "angel babies" because there are few resources and it's very difficult for most people to even try to process this kind of loss.

This show not only shares the journey Georgia took, but the patterns in our society that make it difficult to process and talk to someone who is grieving. It’s very touching and shows the resilience and what happens when grief takes on a new meaning.
