  • Noble Purpose with Lisa Mcleod
    May 22 2022

Our incredible guest this month is Lisa Earle McLeod!  Lisa is the global expert on purpose-driven business. She is the author of five books, including her bestseller: Selling with Noble Purpose: How to Drive Revenue and Do Work That Makes You Proud.

Lisa has spent two decades helping leaders increase competitive differentiation and emotional engagement. She developed the Noble Purpose philosophy after her research revealed, salespeople who sell with Noble Purpose, outsell salespeople who focus on targets and quotas.

Lisa is a former Procter & Gamble Sales Leader who founded her own firm, McLeod & More, Inc. in 2001.  She helps leaders at organizations like Cisco, Roche, Volvo, and Dave & Busters drive exponential revenue growth.  Lisa has keynoted in 25 countries and authored over 2,000 articles.  She has made appearances on the Today show and the NBC Nightly News, and her firm’s work has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and NPR.

Lisa’s newest book, Leading with Noble Purpose: How to Create a Tribe of True Believers is a breakthrough book that shows leaders how to win the hearts and minds of their teams and customers.

  • The Activator with Melissa D White
    Mar 27 2022
Our guest for this month’s edition of Find Your Fire is (the amazing) Melissa D White   Full disclosure – we are huge fans of Melissa and have known and followed her for quite a while.   Melissa has been called “the activator” for reasons that will soon be obvious, but let me put it this way: She’s a coach, a marketing guru, a keynote speaker, a minister, but most of all – her gift is to get us to move, to act on our vision and the desires of our heart. And trust me, no one does it quite like her.   Melissa is the Founder and Executive Director of Writing Our Wrongs, Inc., a non-profit organization with the mission to empower youth to activate their voice through writing and speech. Through W.O.W., Melissa educates youth in writing development workshops.   It’s a great honor to have her as our guest and to count her as a friend!  You don’t want to miss this episode!

  • Curiouser and Curiouser with Anna Keller
    Feb 10 2022

This month’s remarkable guest on Find Your Fire is Anna Keller!  She’s a writer, clean beauty advocate, Pure Barre teacher, wife, and mom of two who feels most like herself when she's busy connecting with others in various forms. After spending about a decade working in advertising (while doing lots of things on the side to tap into other skills and interests), Anna left that world in 2019 to be self-employed, and she hasn't looked back. She's grateful for a lifestyle that allows her to be plugged into meaningful work while also being incredibly hands-on with her children every single day.

When she has down time, Anna enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, working out, spending time with friends, cooking, and baking (cookies and sourdough bread, in particular). Anna lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with her husband, Kevin, and their two children, Maggie (4) and Vance (9 months)

She has an extraordinary message to offer on how to pursue a life of purpose and passion that will leave you energized and inspired!
