    Today I am sharing my story of hitting one of my lowest low points in my life and how I pulled myself out of it.

    Life is f*cking MESSY. But we tend to only ever see the good parts online, the highlight reels. 

    I think it's time we start highlighting our messy parts. Start celebrating our rock bottom moments. Because these are the parts that make us who we are, the parts that define us, and make us stronger so that we could get to where we are now. 

    And that's freaking BEAUTIFUL.

    This we are back at the Process and picking up where we left off at Step 3: Self-Love! This is actually my favorite step of the process because it’s where my clients always end up blowing their damn minds with how much growth they experience!! It’s so much fun to just see what is fucking possible with your life once you put in the work to FIRST understand yourself and accept yourself, flaws and all, AND THEN start to make changes in your life from a place of LOVE. 

     

    This step is all about learning how to do exactly that. Learning how to let go of trying to FORCE yourself to be someone or something different than you’ve always been, and instead how to CHOOSE to change your life from a place of SELF-LOVE. 

     

    It’s some powerful sh*t, my friends!!!

  • 05 - Our Diagnosis and #TheLuckyFew

    At about 14 weeks into our pregnancy, we found out Baby Girl might be diagnosed with Down Syndrome. We are now at 25 weeks, her Down Syndrome diagnosis has been confirmed, and we have been figuring it out as we go ever since. 

    On today's episode, I wanted to share our story so far and answer a questions I have been getting from family and friends a lot recently. How are you dealing with all this?? 

    It's a great question. And I'm so thankful I have coaching and an amazing community around me to help us through this time. But it has taken a lot of work for me to get to this point where I feel ready to share our experience on the podcast.
