Failing New Year’s Resolutions - Part 2

  • Summary

  • How do you feel when experiencing a failure or when you realise that you're failing on something that you set yourself out to achieve like a goal, a New Year's resolution?

By now 70-82% of people would have failed or are having a hard time with the goals they set for themselves in January. So on this episode we talk to a  IT Director and a weight loss coach  who are not unfamiliar with failing goals and discuss how to deal with these failures and explore what changes can be made to reset goals and New Year’s resolutions again.
