  • Summary

  • This podcast covers the section of road from the South Gate of Yellowstone Park all the way down to Jackson Hole. We will drive down the far side of the Yellowstone Volcano then have breakfast with a great view of the Tetons.

We then get to the spot to take a picture from the most photographed view of the Tetons. Then we visit Jenny Lake and I tell you how to get right down into the waters of this gorgeous lake without any people around then we ride the ferry boat to Inspiration Point.

Then we will hike right into the teeth of the Grand Tetons and hear a great story about Lake Solitude and how it plays an important part of my families history in the area even before the Grand Teton's were named a national park.

We then cover my three favorite hikes in the upper Teton Range and I also tell you where NOT to hike.

We finish off this great day with my favorite stop which will warm your heart. Then we go to the best spot to find the elusive Bullwinkle and then ride the gondola at the ski area up to a high mountain bistro.
