Diversity and inclusion have become important topics in the business world in recent years. Companies are recognizing the value of having diverse and inclusive workplaces, not just for social reasons but also for business reasons. Research shows that diverse and inclusive workplaces can lead to better business outcomes, including increased innovation, better decision-making, and improved financial performance.

To advance the social agenda in the workplace, companies must take a proactive approach to diversity and inclusion. This involves creating a culture of diversity and inclusion, where employees feel valued and respected, and where differences are celebrated.
