    She talks to me about some stories that she has encountered on her journey as well as bonds that she has built along the way. 

    With the nature of Jo-Anne's work she has been exposed to some incredible hurt and pain and she opens up about the personal emotional impact that this has had in her life as she suffers with PTSD.
