  • This week we got to hang out with our good friends Louie and Oscar from Turkey Forrest Brewing! We discuss their first year challenges and victories while sipping on some great beers.

    We also discuss our collaboration beer, Check Yourself Oatmeal Stout, to help raise awareness for mental health. During the holidays, we often put a lot of pressure on ourselves to buy gifts and spend more money than we should. This can lead to depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. 

    If you are struggling with any kind of mental health issues, it is ok to reach out to someone and just tell them what's going on. Sharing your struggles with a trusted friend can be a huge help.
