  • Summary

  • Welcome to the New Levels Coaching Podcast. As coaches, we want to share our knowledge and expertise with the running, triathlon and endurance sports community.

Each week, our host Lewis Moses, former Team GB International Athlete turned Coach, will be joined by a special guest and together they will aim to educate and inspire our audience to help them find their own potential. We want people to listen, engage, take the best bits and LITERALLY RUN WITH THEM!

Episode 38 - Suunto & The Launch of ZoneSense

In episode 38 Lewis is joined by Janne Kallio, who works with Suunto and has been hugely influential in the launch of ZoneSense. Suunto ZoneSense offers a breakthrough in tracking real-time intensity. It uses heart rate variability (HRV) to give accurate insights, helping athletes optimise their performance like never before. To celebrate the new partnership between Suunto & NLC, Lewis invited Janne onto the pod to not just discuss the brand, but go a little bit deeper into ZoneSense and how it can help people maximise their performance.

We know that data is so important now, especially when it comes to performance, but the beauty of this episode is that Lewis & Janne talk about the practicalities of ‘zonal training’ and how we can use technology to help us, but how we can also go back to basics too. We hope you enjoy the episode, be sure to leave us any feedback as we would love to hear from our amazing community and don't forget to like, share and subscribe to the New Levels Coaching Podcast.
