Episode 32 - NLC Coach Special: Aaron Scott

In episode 32 Lewis is joined by former athlete and NLC coach Aaron Scott. Aaron is a former international athlete, a Dad of two and a proud Ipswich Town fan. He was always a fan of the longer distances when competing as an athlete and he eventually progressed to the marathon, boasting an impressive marathon PB of 2hours 16mins.

During this episode Lewis finds out a lot more about Aaron’s time in the sport, looking at his transition from football to running, his early mistakes (schoolboy errors) in some of his early races and they also discuss his transition to coaching. They go into more detail about marathon specific training and Aaron talks us through some of his favourite marathon sessions.
