  • Summary

  • Tia May is a US Army Veteran as well as an aspiring race car driver. Tia talks candidly about her struggles with mental health and how she is now finding her path. Tia and I also highlight the difficulties of navigating the VA system and the difficulties it presents. We also highlight how traditional therapy isn't the best way for some to address their mental health concerns.

Tia is a graduate of 22zero.org, a non-profit that provides mental health services free of charge to veterans, law enforcement, first responders, and their families. She is also seeking any sponsorship opportunities to continue her aspiring racing career and to help her explore adrenaline therapy programs for veterans.
