Today on the โ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐ง๐ฎ๐น๐ธ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐โ show, Dan and I will have the very special pleasure of being joined by our friend Mr. Terron Sanders.
For two-time Girl Dad & gridiron star Terron Sanders, becoming a Florida Gator was an easy choice - his path to accomplished Realtor and wholesale up-and-comer is a little more complicated.
Born & raised in Bradenton, Florida, Terron helped anchor the Gator D-line as a defensive tackle during both the 2006 & 2008 National Championships, earning some serious hardware - 6 championship rings to be exact - on his path to a Bachelor's Degree from UF.
After graduating and then turning pro with the Baltimore Ravens, Terron was home for the holidays when a drunken driver recklessly took the young lives of two family members on Christmas Day 2011.
As the sole survivor of that fatal crash, Terron knows how fortunate he is just to have made it out alive - but the severe shoulder damage he suffered had life-changing consequences.
Hanging up his cleats was one of the hardest decisions ever, but it afforded him the freedom to explore other passions - which is how he found real estate and made his way up to the Research Triangle housing boom in North Carolina.
Terron actively sold real estate for 6 years in Raleigh, closing an average of 30 million in volume per year, specializing in new home construction.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience under his belt, the sky was the limit - until the economic uncertainty of the Covid19 crisis hit. In that moment Terron knew that moving back home to Florida with his wife and 2 daughters was the right call.
Now that he's settled in back where it all started, Terron entered the wholesale market in mid-2020, eager to see what obstacles he will overcome next.
