Welcome to Episode 24, part 1 of a trilogy series about “Putting Your Foot Down”. Essentially standing up for yourself by preventing something from happening or preventing something from continuing to happen. We are welcomed by Becs older sister, Sam and she gives really solid marriage advice.

Sam and her husband Jake (featured in Episode 15 & Episode 16) have been married for 4 years. Pops has been married 30+. Sam, Pops & Becs goof around while providing useful tips about maintaining a healthy relationship with longevity.

We start with a story about honeymooners, then to a worrisome husband, then escalating to another story about opening up a marriage. We end on supporting a woman giving birth and setting her own boundaries during her birthing process.
