Episode 2: The Crash & Fall of Burnout

  • Summary

  • Welcome to episode 2, listeners! I'm so thrilled you made it back. Hope you had an amazing day!

In this second episode, we are going to be tackling the topic of burnout, something that happens to nearly everyone but is still so buried in secrecy and shame. Not many people fully understand what it means to go through burnout so we're going to break it down into it's meaning, what it can look like, how you can avoid it, and what you can do when you're fully immersed in it. I hope you take something good from this episode and let it fill you with understanding, new facts, and joy.
