Welcome to Episode 17 of ‘The Men Who: Talk’. Today we’re joined by Sean Tierney, a qualified counsellor, outdoor therapist and co-founder of Outdoor Therapy Scotland. Sean offers 'Nature Connection Sessions', helping his clients engage with the outdoors and experience the holistic benefits of nature on both mental and physical wellbeing. In this episode, John and Sean explore what ‘nature’ means to us as humans, how we can become part of it again in ways that benefit us as individuals and communities, and the importance of helping our children play, explore and understand the world around them as a key part of their, as well as our own, growth and development.
Sean offers counselling sessions in person, online or outdoors and I is based in the Southside of Glasgow. He is on Instagram @seantierneycounselling and has a website, https://seantierneycounselling.com.
