  • Context of the poem.. I am in Grade 12 it's the few minutes before entering the exam writing space, (and youuu know mos how it be noisy with classmates, last minute getting new info into their heads etc... I just walk about tryna avoid that and blast my earphones off to some music from my then favorite artist Tresor Riziki.. I hated that being asked question sometimes ... I only liked to do it with Physics when I didn't know much yeesh guess I was a selfish kid😂😭) - I tried to avoid all of that and just find peace in praying in my insides, my earphones, the incredible beauty that was our school's greenery and how Uitenhage's mountainious backdrop was played by God 😫🔥. It was incredible and I found time to dish out the words of this poem onto my notebook before acing my exam.
