Welcome to Episode 16 of ‘The Men Who: Talk’. Today we’re joined by David Hughes. David is a youth worker, facilitator and oral storyteller based in Fife. He supports people to connect with nature and themselves. By telling old folk tales, myths and legends, David hopes to draw out the old wisdom within stories that might help us vision for a better future where people see themselves as part of the living world rather than as something separate. In this episode, David explains how he got into the art of storytelling and why it can be such a powerful medium for our individual and collective wellbeing. As a special treat, he also leaves us with a beautiful and evocative story relevant to all who are part of The Men Who: conversation and beyond.
