Episode 145 - A Conversation w/ Art "Iron Wolf" - Dedication, the December Challenge & What's Next?

  • Summary

  • Our guest today is Art "Iron Wolf", back for his follow up appearance on the QPL podcast. In the few months since our first conversation, things have changed drastically for the most disciplined man on Youtube, so I wanted to speak to him before Christmas to recap the year and find out what's next. We talked about the growth of his community, the loyalty of the Wolf Pack, the December Challenge programme (he's built and given away for free) and what the future holds as he finishes his overseas military deployment. We discussed Christmas overseas and getting back to the US next year where he planning a "Wolf Pack World Tour" to meet up with his community for live workouts, collaborations and maybe fit in a slice or two. It's always a pleasure to speak with Art. He's as genuine as they come, fiercely dedicated to his lifestyle (which is contagious amongst anyone who discovers his training) and cares deeply about helping people become the best version of themselves. I hope you enjoy the episode as much as I did.
