  • When you think of your perfect home, what do you think of? How about a house with more than 3,800 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It’s in a great school district and less than 28 miles from Manhattan. But you get letters after you buy the house that your house is being surveyed by The Watcher.


    This perfect house can be found in Westfield, New Jersey, but there’s some ways this neighborhood may not be so perfect. The Boulevard was a wide, tree lined street with some of the more desirable homes in town. And that’s how the Broaduss family felt when they found their house at 657 Boulevard.
