    We're joined by Sophie Ritchie & Lauren Jauncey.

    Sophie has previously worked with the UN and helped to setup the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) in New York. These days Sophie is Portfolio Manager for KPMG High Growth Ventures and shares her insights from working with KPMG's 300+ High Growth Clients and VC funds.

    Lauren packs a lot into her stellar career which includes being an elite athlete, founder, mum and Head of Gender, Diversity & Inlcusion at Australia Post and Amazon Web Services across ASPAC. She also championed (and won) for equal prize money in women's sport. Lauren brings her experience of high performance across teams and shares her insights into what high performance actually looks like.
