Episode 1 is about what inspired me to start Keto diet, as a desperate measure to change my lifestyle, I have come a long way since.
I was 100 kg, deep in throes of my health turmoil, struggling not just with obesity but also with binge eating disorder. Standing on the junction of a health apocalypse, I had two ways, either to continue with the laidback lifestyle, accepting the bulk as my fate or to snap out of this gloomy situation and take charge.
Willingly adopting Ketogenic diet in early 2015 as a desperate measure to change my lifestyle, I have come a long way since. In my own weight loss and fitness journey with Keto diet, I lost over 40 kg, overcome the food addiction and now lead a more energetic and stress-free lifestyle.
After my success with Keto diet, I now have researched deeper into the ins and outs of the diet and am a certified nutrition specialist and Keto coach.
I share everything I have learned along the way on the Keto diet through my website, personal training, and podcasts with the idea to empower others to take charge of their health and fitness.
