    Maxie and Tia reflect back on memories of their days working together at BET in Washington, DC in the 90s. And again in New York, during the production of Maxie's documentary Paper Chasers.

    Lex asks Tia about pro producing tips. Tia provides insights on building and maintaining professional relationships. Maxie wraps up the episode with a special poetic tribute to his mother Dr. Betty Rush Burston. He recites the defiant street poem "The Junk Man," a verse that his Mom first had him perform in elementary school, his earliest stage presentation.
