    故事的主角，是我的多年好友JT 。他是一個典型的80後職場人，曾在上海一家跨國企業擔任高管。疫情期間公司人事緊縮，以及從小照顧他的外婆離世，一連串事件讓他萌生去意，卻也意外地成為他的人生轉折點。


    過去這這一年，他跨越了許多曾經只存在於夢想中的地方，甚至大膽地報名法國巴黎的一個廚藝學校學烹飪，學成後更在一家米其林餐廳實習。
