We discuss the importance of volunteers, what the club’s philosophy and culture looks like and also what the future holds for this football club. The grassroots game is full of clubs like Bromborough & Eastham, we want to share as much of their experience with other clubs as possible. If there is one take away from this podcast it is that the kids who play for your clubs must be at the heart of it, that’s what’s make the game so special and exciting.
