Ep3 – Gameplanning for Competition & the Time I got Choked Out at NAGA

  • Summary

  • The first half of this episode presents a reliable approach to developing gameplans for competition. In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, matches are won by the grappler who is able to make the best decisions under great stress. Gameplans are the key to making great grappling decisions. In the second half of this episode I tell the story of the first time that I got choked unconscious in competition.
