In this week’s episode, we discuss breastfeeding. Many of us hope it will come naturally, and for some of us it does. But, for many moms it doesn’t. Between our baby not latching to not being able to produce enough breast milk, we stress and wonder why we can’t do what is supposed to be natural. We talk about the stress of being a new mom, and how that stress can impact breastfeeding. We also discuss the health benefits of breastfeeding for mom and baby. We would love to hear your breastfeeding journey and if stress was an issue for you. Join the discussion over on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/groups/anonymousmom
