    2024年聖誕節期間，心靈頭等艙在馬來西亞檳城舉辦四日退修營，吸引了來自香港、新加坡、加拿大和馬來西亞的參加者。她/他們作出決定前，考慮的首要問題卻不是金錢或時間，而是如何鼓起勇氣向身邊的人「請假」！譬如兩位媽媽毅然「拋夫棄子」，在聖誕假期「出走」，孩子交給丈夫照顧；一位從事美容行業的夥伴，在聖誕這個黃金檔期出門，收入少了，還要放下丈夫，獨自在檳城過生日…

    每個參加者都克服了一些主觀或客觀的「障礙」，才能走上這條成長之路。結果，大家都認為這次經歷是無比充實的！對於從未參加過退修營的夥伴來說，這次之旅更是大開眼界、收穫滿滿！

    感謝每位參加者錄製聲音檔案，分享這次退修營的心得，兩位機長聽後無不感動！我們也希望將這份感動與更多人分享，鼓勵大家在有機會的時候，勇敢突破自己的舒適圈，勇敢「出走」一次，或會迎回煥然一新的自己，重新書寫餘生的篇章。
