Ep. 92 | These Enochian Delights: Ancient Hippy Mystics, Man Eating/Woman Sexxing Giants, and God-in-a-Box?

  • Summary

  • The boys sit down for George Noory interview of Dr. Kenneth Hanson, a professor of Judaic Studies at Central Florida University. Dr. Hanson tells us about the wacky and mystical world of the Book of Enoch. This banned book of the ancient Jewish tradition has a whole bunch of stuff the stuffy, conservative, no-fun, elite priests did NOT want anyone talking about, especially lowly plebs that like to drink a little, maybe smoke a bit, and ingest something, and get wild in the caves with some friends.

So what did these hippy Jews out in the middle of the desert write about? Oh you know, giants roaming the earth, eating men and having sex with their women. The giant-human half breeds becoming a completely new legendary species known as Nephilim, who have to be destroyed by God with the great flood. Then we got some crazy prophecies about the Son of Man. Then, if that wasn't enough, something your wacky UFO-ologist, History Channel-watching uncle already knowns, there be unexplained flying craft that take Enoch up into the heavens, in this here book. That and much more on today's episode of Coast to Coast PM.
