    Honestly, today my plan went out the window. Honestly, today I think I made the most vulnerable podcast I've had to date. In my eyes it's nothing revolutionary, but it is me being my most authentic self when I wanted to hide it the most. I was not even sure if I wanted to put this one out. But as I've come to understand, we are not all always doing well, and to hide my own personal mental health is to do an injustice. Because that is what I was supposed to be about.
