How do you spell Consistency? Con-sistency! That’s how we started this episode, The Power of Consistency. You can already tell how this episode is going to be and wait until you tune in! We talked about everything from being consistent with what you buy, what you watch on television, and of course in your goals.

We touched on structure being a positive thing and we may have to color outside the lines a bit to re-energize our consistency. And guess what? That is perfectly ok! The main goal of getting to a consistent practice is to take action in your life every day. Take a small goal, a small step, and take the action to bring this to reality.
