About this listen

This week we sit down with Jodi Forestell, who educates us on the interconnections we have with the world around us. Jodi explains that what we put into our bodies daily has a greater impact both negatively and positively then we think.

Come with us on our journey with Jodi while we scratch the surface on what we can do in our own homes to be better each day.

Jodi is a Holistic Nutritionist (CHN), Metabolic Balance Coach, Forest Therapy Guide and fully certified with Canfitpro as a Healthy Weight Loss Coach, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.

As a holistic nutritionist she approaches health and healing from a whole-person perspective. Focus is on preventative health where natural foods and products are used to remedy the mind, body, and soul. Without judgement, she meets clients where they’re at on their health journey and strives to help people understand that nutrition and healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated and overwhelming.

“My mission is to guide and empower those who are ready to implement
sustainable lifestyle changes. I use the four pillars of health (nutrition, exercise, sleep & stress reduction) to help my clients dramatically change and improve the quality of their life.”
