  • Jamie Ramsden is a former CEO with 25 years of international business experience.     Using ideas drawn from his research, a decade as a CEO, and 20 years of elite-level coaching, Jamie has written extensively about leadership and organizational change. His latest book is Let’s Go!: How Great Leaders Shape the Future (Harriman House/Pan Macmillan, 2024).

    Jamie trained at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and has been certified by the International Coach Federation since 2016. Adastra Consulting, the leadership development and executive coaching company Jamie founded in 2015, partnered with the CCL to create a custom 360˚ assessment based on the Adastra Leadership Model. It has been administered to hundreds of C-level executives globally.

    Jamie holds an MBA with a specialization in leadership and change management from Lancaster University (UK).
