Ep 162 | It’s Okay To Reinvent Yourself w/Cepee from She Hit Refresh

  • Summary

  • Cepee has been supporting women to reinvent themselves in various stages in their lives. We caught up with her to see how she and her community of Refreshers of She Hit Refresh were doing.

This episode was recorded during the early stages of COVID-19. During this time, Cepee had to pivot and readjust her business to meet her community’s needs. We talked a lot about what it means to reinvent yourself and how to embrace learning new skills and the reinvention journey. She believes that moving abroad allows you to play with your identity.

Now, her community has grown into 5k women who have committed to choosing themselves first. We’re so inspired by what Cepee has created and how she continues to support women in making their dreams of travel and living abroad come true.

In this episode you’ll be inspired by the following:
    1. It’s okay to reinvent yourself.
    2. You don’t know what your potential is or what you can discover unless you give yourself the space to do so.
    3. Be flexible.
