  • Tune in for our recent interview with Paula Rodriguez De La Vega with the BC Community Bats Program. Today we discuss all things "bats" and dive into both the habitats and habits of bats and threats that these little creatures are facing today.

    Paula has over thirty years of work experience as an ecologist, fish and wildlife technician, environmental consultant and educator. Her journey with bats began at the University of Calgary where she frequented the bat lab while studying her undergraduate degree. She has been the Okanagan Region coordinator for the BC Community Bat Program for six years and recently took on the Provincial coordinator role as well.
