  • In this episode of the Sip Wiselee Podcast, I sat down with the Chief Experience Officer of the Blacksmith Distillery. Located in Lohman, MO just outside of Jefferson City sits this hidden gem of a distillery. Russ shares his family history and how they got into the business.


    Even though the website says he is the Chief Experience Office, it is obvious that he could also be named the Chief Experiment Officer. Russ tells us how he enjoys experimenting with various flavors. All it takes is a mason jar, a wood stave and some liquor. So much fun!
