Theranos was once hailed as the most prized unicorn of Silicon Valley. They had a board of directors that looked like it was appointed by a US president, Investors that looked like they were courted by a former president and the everyone in the world saw how much people wanted this to be true. What happens when whistleblowers are not listened to? What happens when someone has the most powerful families in the US as true believers? Theranos bordered on cult obsession and since the fall the world has not been able to stop talking about it. 

Calling for an independent look at a case that may or may not be criminal - there are a ton of questions here. What do you think?

What are war crimes? How do we prosecute them? There is a lot of talk about this lately and it's worth looking at. The people discussed in this episode, unlike alot of the crimes we talk about here, no one has been arrested or prosecuted, these are just conversations taking place in the International courts. Everything discussed is alleged, and while there is substantial evidence for each, these are some of the most difficult to hold people to account for.
