  • El 26 de julio de 2019, Florin, un camionero de origen rumano es agredido en la localidad de Gallur. El hombre había quedado con una joven a través de la aplicación de citas Badoo. La cita se convierte en una pesadilla, Florin es agredido por dos hombres y una mujer que le roban todas sus pertenencias. Poco después, la Guardia Civil recibe la denuncia de otro hombre agredido en las mismas circunstancias. Las alarmas se disparan cuando desaparece un tercer hombre, un empresario vasco que también había usado la aplicación para contactar con una mujer. La Guardia Civil y la Ertzaintza serán las encargadas de investigar estos hechos, enmarcados en la denominada “operación Badoo”.
