This week I'm joined with the effervescent Hannah Hickinbotham.
Han is the founder of the Full of Beans podcast, the eating disorder awareness podcast which aims to reduce the stigma and isolation associated with eating disorders. Following her experience of Atypical Anorexia, Body Dysmorphia and her recent diagnosis of ADHD, Han is passionate about openly discussing mental health to support those going through struggles of their own. Han is also the founder of Hannah Alice Creatives where she supports mental health organisations with digital content creation and social media management.
We talk about;
-How Han got into the work that she does and how the Full Of Beans podcast is such a vital resource to anyone who works in or who's lives are affected by eating disorders
-Eating Disorders - things you may have heard before and things you may not have
-Han's experience with Body Dysmorphia and Muscle Dysmorphia
-ADHD & Eating Disorders - the emerging links between Neurodivergence and EDs
