EPISODE-1 - "CARNE EN EL HUESO"

This is one of two phrases that I like to use in the real estate / house flipping business.

Carne En El Hueso - in English is "Meat On The Bone", this specific phrase means that any house that we buy needs to have some good "Profit" even to be considered, for example, if my team can't pocket $100k after the house has been sold, or something close to that $100k, it's not worth it, because remember ... "Time is Money".

Everyonbe Eats at the table - is another phrase that I use meaning, that whomever is on the team to flip this house has to be making $$$ or its not a good investment, the realtor, painter, pool guy, carpet guy, the kitchen cabinet guy, you get that I mean, so everyone at the table has to be making $$$ in order for this flip to be a successful one.
