EP98: Homeopathy, Lifestyle & Men's Mental Health with Marcus Fernandez

  • Summary

  • I welcome returning guest Marcus Fernandez to the show, founder and principal of the Centre of Homeopathic Education, based in London, U.K.

In this episode, we talk about our mutual love for Homeopathy, the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle and men’s mental health.

Alongside being a Homeopath, Marcus is passionate about improving the lifestyle changes of others, and we discuss this is great detail, focusing upon the need for ‘me time’, the importance of balancing life and the individualisation of our health based on our lifestyle and associated choices.

We also delve deep into men’s mental health, which is fast becoming a dominant issue around the world. Marcus talks about the need for men to express their emotions, to share, allowing for healing to take place by offloading the emotional obstacles faced.

Marcus has taken the brilliant step of creating a new podcast called Beyond the Shed, which is a new series of 12 episodes where men from different backgrounds and professions come and share what it means to be a man in the 21st century, and the challenges faced over the years. We talk about this new series and its overall objective to wellbeing.

Be inspired and join the conversation.
