    在過去一季，我們訪問了很多服務設計師，但其實就我自己觀察來看，服務設計相對於比較龐大的 UX/UI 設計師，還是比較小眾的存在。也因此我也很好奇，有沒有服務設計背景，但卻將服務設計思維用在產品設計上的人呢？
    很幸運我們遇到的天楠，他現在是奢侈時尚品牌 Burberry 的產品設計師，和他聊天的過程中，他說他過去兩份工作中，都是因為面試官聽到他是會服務設計的設計師，他就錄取了，這也讓我很好奇，他怎麼用服務設計的想法在工作中實踐。此外她也是對自己和外在環境分析很透徹的人，難怪他也會在畢業後在他的母校倫敦藝術大學 (UAL) 繼續輔導學弟妹，我們來看他是怎麼說的吧！
