I’ll be sharing my own journey—how I struggled with feeling depressed and neglecting myself, even though my life looked near-perfect on the outside. I created this podcast for men who want more, for those looking to connect with who they really are.

    We’ll dive into topics like self-improvement, building stronger relationships, and steering clear of the traps of numbing out or distancing ourselves from family. I’ll also throw in a few rants on the social issues we’re all facing today. My goal? To help us live differently, so we can show up better for ourselves and for the people we care about.
