E' stato un imprenditore, dirigente sportivo e pilota automobilistico italiano, fondatore dell'omonima casa automobilistica, la Scuderia Ferrari, la quale conquistò in Formula 1, con lui ancora in vita, 9 campionati del mondo piloti e 8 campionati del mondo costruttori. Molti furono i soprannomi con cui Enzo Ferrari venne denominato dalla stampa e nell'ambiente sportivo, durante la sua lunga carriera, come "Il Cavaliere" o "Il Drake".
