  • In this episode, I interviewed Ali Mortimer, Coach & Mentor to leaders, professionals, men & women about her journey of confidence. Ali works predominantly with men & women in senior leadership positions who are experiencing an unexpected life event -  mental wellbeing (stress, anxiety, burnout) physical health, relationships, family upsets & work challenges. These unexpected life challenges can cause disruption, get in the way of our goals, crush happiness, confidence, self worth or block us from feeling a success, leave us feeling aimless, lonely desperate, unproductive & unmotivated

    In this episode Ali shares her real, raw & relatable experiences of loss including grief, heartbreak & the ending of her coorporate career. Ali talks about how losing all that she knew, including her whole identity became the catalyst for finding her trueself. Ali shares the key people, perspectives, wisdom, tools, strategies & experiences that have helped, supported & empowered her to create a life she deeply loves, doing what she loves & loving who she does it with.
