E52 Tips For More Consistency | Joe O - Pure Drive Physio & Performance

  • Summary

  • Welcome to another episode of The Healthy Golf Podcast. This week is another solo episode with myself. It's been 52 weeks (just about...) since starting the podcast last year and every week there has been an episode that been released. It may not seem like much but doing something every week for 1 year, regardless of what it is, is not an easy task.

Now, I'm not here to brag or boast about doing this, but I wanted to talk about how important being consistent is towards reaching your overall goal. I also wanted to give you some tips that have been helpful to me over the past year and throughout my life in reaching and achieving my goals.

I hope this episode and these tips are helpful to you in creating more progress towards reaching your goals, whatever they may be. If they are helpful or if you have other tips that have helped you that I didn't mention, I'd love to hear from you on what they - just use any of the contacts below to reach out to me!

If you're looking for some workouts to do during the season, please make sure you grab these 9 workouts I put together that are specific to golf performance. Just click the link below and they will be sent to your email!
